Ratios of standard entry level wage by gender compared to local minimum wage at significant locations of operation

This indicator is not relevant to us, which is why we do not collect data on the ratio of the standard entry level wage compared to local minimum wage. Being a pharmaceutical and chemical company, we employ highly qualified individuals. Our Global Rewards Policy applies to all our subsidiaries worldwide and guarantees a systematic compensation structure. Base pay is oriented to the median base pay, and short-term variable compensation is based on the third quartile of the relevant reference market. The overall compensation package thus exceeds the market median.
